Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

Account Security and Responsibility

Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is confirmed on our servers and appears in your betting or game history. For casino and instant games, participation is confirmed when our system registers your stake and the game round begins. If there is a discrepancy between your on-screen display and our records, the latter will prevail.
- Stake limits: Each Game or market may specify minimum and maximum stakes. We may adjust these limits at any time in accordance with our Fair Play Policy. It is your responsibility to check the applicable limits before placing a Bet; any attempt to exceed limits may result in the Bet being rejected or partially accepted.

By playing, you agree to the applicable Game rules as amended from time to time.
Errors, Cancellations and Technical Issues
- Obvious errors: If a Bet or Game outcome is affected by an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or misconfiguration of a Game), we may void the Bet or Game round and either return the stake to your Account or settle the Bet at the correct terms that should have applied, in accordance with our Fair Play Policy and UKGC expectations.
- Interruption: In the event of a technical failure of the hardware or software on our side, affected Bets and Game rounds will be handled as described in the Game rules and Fair Play Policy. Where the outcome of a Bet is already determined at the time of failure, the correct result will stand. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the Bet or Game round may be voided and your stake returned.
- Modification and closure of markets: We may suspend or remove Games and betting markets for regulatory, technical or commercial reasons. Bets already accepted before suspension will normally stand, unless they are voided under these Terms.
Player Conduct, Collusion and Chat
- Fair and lawful use: You must use the Services for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional purpose. You must not engage in cheating, collusion, fraudulent activity, money laundering or any behaviour that violates applicable law or UKGC requirements.
- Prohibited tools: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, software that manipulates the Games or the Website, or any device or method designed to give you an unfair advantage or exploit errors is strictly prohibited. We may void affected Bets, confiscate winnings derived from prohibited behaviour and close your Account.
- Live casino and chat: Where chat functionality is provided (for example in live casino Games), you must behave respectfully and must not post abusive, defamatory, racist, sexually explicit, threatening, advertising or otherwise inappropriate content. We may moderate, remove chat messages, restrict chat access, and suspend or close Accounts in response to breaches.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Separate Bonus Policy: All Bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets and loyalty rewards, are governed by these Terms and by our detailed Bonus Policy available at https://gopawin.com/bonus-policy/. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms and the Bonus Policy prevail over this section.
- Eligibility: Bonus offers may be restricted to specific player segments, payment methods or markets. Only one person per household, IP address, device or payment method may be eligible for a given welcome or first-deposit offer, unless expressly stated otherwise. Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: A Bonus may require a qualifying deposit, a specific bonus code, or manual opt-in via the promotion page. Activation conditions, maximum Bonus amounts and minimum deposit thresholds are stated in the specific promotional terms.
- Wagering: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering within the stated timeframe (which may extend into 2025 and beyond for ongoing promotions) will result in the forfeit of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
- Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table Games or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. Restrictions and Promotional Abuse
- Maximum bet with Bonus funds: Certain promotions may impose a maximum stake per spin, round or bet while wagering is in progress. Exceeding these limits may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and forfeiture of related winnings as set out in the Bonus Policy.
- Prohibited play patterns: We may treat as promotional abuse behaviour such as low-risk betting to clear wagering, collusion, using multiple Accounts or coordinated strategies to gain unfair advantage. In serious cases, we may void Bonuses, remove winnings, and close your Account, while adhering to UK fairness requirements.

If multiple Bonuses are triggered, we will apply them in the order defined in the Bonus Policy or cancel conflicting bonuses.
- Real Money and Bonus funds: Real Money Balance is normally used before Bonus Balance, unless otherwise specified. You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time; however, this may lead to automatic cancellation of active Bonuses and associated winnings as described in the Bonus Policy.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Accepted methods: Deposits may be made using debit cards, approved e-wallets, bank transfers and other payment solutions displayed in the cashier section of gopawin.com. Withdrawals
- Verification and processing: Withdrawals are subject to prior completion of identity, security, anti-money laundering and affordability checks. We aim to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, but delays may occur due to verification requests, payment provider checks, weekends or public holidays.
- Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same Payment Method used for deposits, in line with anti-money laundering rules and card scheme policies. If this is not possible, we will agree an alternative method with you, subject to regulatory requirements.
- Limits and fees: We may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period. We will notify you of any Operator withdrawal fees before you confirm the request. External banking or currency conversion fees may apply and are outside our control.
- Pending withdrawals: While a withdrawal is pending, you may in some circumstances cancel it in the cashier, unless we have already started processing. Reversed withdrawals will be returned to your Account balance; we encourage responsible use of this feature to avoid undoing withdrawal decisions.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Funds Protection
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations

Exclusions
- Technical failures: Subject always to your statutory rights, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of your equipment, internet connection, telecommunications, or from interruptions, delays or errors caused by third-party service providers. In case of technical failure on our systems, our obligations are limited to voiding affected Bets or Game rounds and returning the relevant stakes, or correcting the result as described in the Game rules.
- Indirect losses: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the Services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
- Misuse and breach: We are not responsible for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of your Account, failures to keep your credentials secure, or gambling beyond your means.
Liability Cap
- Maximum liability per Bet: For any single Bet or Game round, our maximum liability to you, whether arising from an error, malfunction or any other cause (excluding personal injury or death caused by our negligence or fraud), is limited to the amount of the stake you placed on that Bet or Game round, or the winnings due but unpaid, whichever is higher.
- Overall limitation: Subject to non-excludable rights under UK law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Services during any rolling twelve (12) month period will not exceed the greater of (i) your net losses on the Hopa related Services on gopawin.com during that period, or (ii) one thousand pounds sterling (£1,000).
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content
- Our rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Hopa related content on gopawin.com, the Games, software, graphics, logos, trademarks (including "Hopa", "Aspire Global" and related branding), text, audio-visual materials, and any databases are owned by us, our group companies (including Aspire Global International LTD and NeoGames S.A.), our licensors or other third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services on your personal devices solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions

Termination & Suspension
Our Rights to Suspend or Close Your Account
- Breach and risk situations: We may suspend or terminate your Account, withhold Bonuses and, where appropriate, withhold or void Bets and winnings if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, attempted money laundering, collusion, cheating, bonus abuse, used a prohibited Payment Method, or otherwise posed a regulatory, legal, or integrity risk to the Services.
- Regulatory and legal obligations: We may also suspend or close your Account if required to do so by law, by the UKGC, other competent authorities, or in order to comply with court orders, responsible gambling obligations or sanctions requirements.
- Self-exclusion and safer gambling: Where you request self-exclusion or register with GAMSTOP, we will close or otherwise manage your Account in accordance with applicable safer-gambling requirements and our responsible gambling policies.
Procedure and Financial Consequences
- Notice: Unless prohibited by law or regulation, we will notify you of the suspension or closure of your Account and, where appropriate, the reasons for such action. Notification may be provided by email or on-site messaging.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Law of England and Wales: These Terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence within Great Britain also apply where they afford you stronger protection.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact our customer support team using the channels provided on gopawin.com, providing all relevant details. We aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and to provide a final response as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within eight (8) weeks from the date we receive it, in accordance with UKGC requirements current in 2025.
- Escalation to ADR (IBAS): If your complaint remains unresolved after you receive our final response or after eight (8) weeks have elapsed (whichever is sooner), you may escalate the dispute free of charge to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service ("IBAS"), our designated ADR Body. - Effect of ADR decisions: IBAS decisions are normally binding on us but not on you, meaning you remain free to pursue the matter through the courts if you wish. Use of ADR does not preclude you from later taking legal action.

Court Jurisdiction
- Courts: Subject to the ADR process described above, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. This means you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you are resident there.
